Coaching for expats and their partners in Brussels and Belgium

From transition to belonging – expat support for a life that truly feels like home
Hi, I'm Anita – your expat coach in Brussels.
I’m here to support you on your journey into your new and exciting life in Belgium – with all the opportunities it brings, but also the challenges that come with it.
Whether in person or online – I’m here for you when you're looking for direction, clarity, and support.
Expat Coaching: Support for expats & their partners
Living abroad can be exciting, enriching and often life-changing.
New cultures, unfamiliar ways of living and working, new perspectives — all of this makes expat life unique and full of discovery.
But, like so many things, expat life has two sides.
The flip side may include: homesickness, loneliness, a lack of networks, language barriers — or the constant worrying about how your partner or children are really doing in this new environment.
You might find yourself asking:
-
Was this the right decision?
-
Should I stay or return?
-
What does my professional future look like?
-
Will my qualifications be recognized here?
Especially as a partner of an expat, these questions can feel overwhelming — and isolating.
But you don’t have to face them alone.
With my expat coaching, I support you in navigating your path abroad with clarity, strength, and intention.

Coaching in Brussels – or online, whichever suits you best
If you're living in Brussels or the surrounding area, we can meet in person.
Many of my clients also choose online coaching – flexible, location-independent, and easy to fit into daily life. Naturally, your expat coaching can also take place online.
You choose the format that works best for you.

Why I’m the right Expat Coach for you
For over 15 years, I’ve been coaching people from all across Europe as an internal coach at the European Commission. Through this work, I’ve developed a deep understanding of different cultural backgrounds and the unique challenges of expat life.
And I speak from experience:
I’ve been living as an expat in Brussels for over 40 years. I know the highs and lows—and I’ve chosen, again and again, to stay.
With this personal journey and solid coaching expertise, I’m here to help you find your own path so you can walk it with clarity and confidence.
